P61 Gallery, Berlin
As part of an exclusive three-day launch event at P61 Gallery in Berlin, we developed a fully networked experiential setup that seamlessly combined RFID technology, interactive spatial installations, and generative AI into one immersive journey. Upon arrival, guests received a branded RFID wristband from the host, serving not only as their personal access ID throughout the event, but also as the foundation for a unique, AI-generated artwork created later in the experience.
One of the main installations was an eight-meter-wide LED wall that responded to movement in the space. Motion tracking was handled by a Kinect camera and custom software, allowing participants to generate dynamic particle-based light artworks through gestures and body movement — individually or as a group. The motion data was translated into visual parameters in real time, producing ever-changing, generative compositions.
The second experience was a walk-in kaleidoscope. Inside, visitors encountered projected visuals that could be interactively manipulated via a tactile jogwheel with an integrated button. By rotating or pressing the wheel, participants could switch modes and directly influence the visual system — diving into a psychedelic, morphing visual world somewhere between meditative calm and sensory overload.
At the third and final station, the individual interaction data collected via RFID was aggregated and analyzed. A locally hosted large language model (LLM) processed these personal traces from the previous installations and generated a unique AI-based artwork for each visitor. This digital piece could be downloaded instantly via a personalized QR code. In parallel, the artworks were streamed to multiple displays throughout the venue, forming a growing visual archive of the audience's collective experience.

The installations remained active throughout the final DJ night, becoming an organic part of the event atmosphere. All systems ran reliably in live operation and were spontaneously integrated into the performance – a great example of robust technical implementation paired with creative adaptability.
truetrue was responsible for the complete technical planning and execution of the project, including conceptual consulting, development of all interactive software modules, as well as on-site setup and support. The RFID system was tailored specifically for the event architecture. All software components were custom built, including the Kinect-based motion tracking, LED control, real-time kaleidoscope rendering, and the generative AI pipeline. Data automation was handled via n8n, where the local AI model was integrated directly into the workflow – performant, cloud-independent, and secure.
This project showcases how interactive spaces, artificial intelligence, and participatory design can converge into a coherent, emotionally engaging experience – and how truetrue translates technological complexity into intuitive, meaningful interactions.
