As a long-standing sponsor of UEFA, Hyundai wanted to celebrate this partnership at the Geneva Motor Show with a very special exhibit.
The UEFA History Wall celebrates 50 years of the European Football Championship and brings the eventful history of this event to life visually.
Embedded in an interactive digital particle system consisting of over 1 million particles, visitors to the show can relive the absolute highlights of past European Championships in a unique look.
The first eye-catcher of the installation at the Hyundai stand at the Geneva Motor Show was certainly the eight original European Championship match balls. However, the full depth of the interactive European Championship experience was only revealed to the interested trade fair visitors when they touched the historic match equipment.
Just like a real kick-off, touching the championship balls triggered a breathtaking animation, presented on the adjacent 4K screen.
The specially programmed particle system consisting of over 1 million objects revealed collected highlights from the respective tournament. Video sequences of historic goals and legendary match scenes were fluidly linked by the dynamic particles with exciting 3D infographics and explanatory background texts.
Using Radar Touch technology, the audience had the opportunity to interact with the animations and influence them creatively. The presentation was also emotionally emphasized by an impressive dynamic light show.
Interactive soundscapes completed the unique experience not only for sports enthusiasts.
